END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR TORSEQ TECHNOLOGIES SOFTWARE:

IMPORTANT
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal and forever binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the authors of this software product identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not permitted to install, copy, or use this software product in any way and you must discontinue it's use immediately.

GRANT OF LICENSE:
You, the end-user, are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software product for the life of the product. The software license is granted for use on a single computer.

RESTRICTIONS:
You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms used in this software product including but not limited to the executable program itself and it's dependencies (libraries).
You agree not to compromise your own registration key in any way. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your license or other penal actions based upon our best judgement.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY:
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED " AS-IS " WITHOUT ANY KIND OF EXPRESSED WARRANTY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHORS FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT.
