• A YMSG Server Port Selector was added as a new feature under Advanced Options in the YTK Pro control panel. You can now connect to the Yahoo! Chat servers on all known ports -> 20, 23, 25, 80, 119, 5050, 8001 or 8002. This support was added for getting around firewalls that may only allow you to connect out on certain well-known ports.
• On-screen highlighting for text removal (of single lines AND blocks of text) was added as a new feature when in chat rooms. Right-click on the chat screen to use this new option called "Clear Selection" after you've highlighted your area of text (including emoticons) to be removed from the screen.
• *Warning* Do NOT remove the bottom or top break selection on the chat screen or else every time you type a message you'll get an Internet Explorer Scripting Error! Closing the chat window and opening it again will fix this issue if you accidentally encounter it.
• The YMSG Server Selector is now located where it should be under Advanced Options (used to be under Anti-Boot).
• Display of user voice ignores is now an option that can be enabled/disabled in the Tiny Event Logger (in chat). This option is located under the control panel's Voice Chat section called "Display User's Voice Ignore Count in the Tiny Event Logger".

YTK Pro: Auto-Gawd

We held off publishing details having said we'd be first to react to the new changes and here's why! Just hours after Yahoo! rolled out several updates to the chat system the programmers and researchers at Torseq Tech have redesigned the 'Auto-Gawd' mode routine and it will return fully functional in the next update due before the end of this week.

In addition to the reworking of our unique 'Auto-Gawd' routine YTK Pro will include minor updates to remedy issues currently being experienced by our users.

"Adam and I have both been busy working on yet another build of YTK Pro which addresses a couple minor things that we have noticed, as well as a few others. We're also in the process of updating VC Sync to support Voice Dominance (VD) this week and correct a small issue with the protection scheme as well. The build that we release after this upcoming maintenance build of YTK Pro will definitely be a larger update because the entire graphical user interface (GUI) is going to be completely redesigned for a more polished look allowing users to have a more user-friendly experience. Be on the look out for great things in the nearby future! We'll keep you posted on official/expected release dates for both our current software products."

Gawd Mode Features & Usage:

With Gawd Mode you can currently (at this point) do the following:

• You can send out Private Messages
• You can send out Chat Messages (including "Now Playing" music broadcasts and custom Ignore Messages)
• You can use the chat slash commands /leet, /ver, /sysinf and /uptime when in Gawd Mode in chat rooms
• You can View Cams and Broadcast your own Webcam
• You can participate in Voice Chat
• /Gawd and /Ungawd manual activation and deactivation is still present for you

Additions:

• Added 2 new chat room slash commands /stop and /go for Auto-Gawd Mode Overriding. The command /stop turns autoing OFF (waits until the duration is over) and /go turns it ON.
• Two trackbar settings for sensitivity have been added - Normal and Paranoid. Normal takes at least 3 chat invitations per second (from a non-buddy / non-safe list user) to be considered a "flood" and will kick into gawd mode auto-triggering immediately within that second of time. Paranoid takes only a single chat invitation (from a non-buddy / non-safe list user) and will instantly fire off the gawd packet automatically to protect you as quickly as possible from being potentially disconnected from chat invitation flooding.

YTK Pro Builds below 290 are NO LONGER SUPPORTED!

The latest and greatest version of YTK Pro is undergoing internal beta testing. It includes a host of new features and enhancements which we will speak a little more about in the NOT to distant future.

• Custom ignore message (WYSIWYG) is now fixed from being broken in the last public build (280). A small last minute compilation change caused the option to break but is now back in fully-working order.
• Selective Auto-Updater in some cases was not able to be invoked through YTK Pro's system tray menu but is fixed now.
• /Uptime command was still misbehaving in some circumstances due to a small packet discrepancy that we overlooked but is now fixed.
• YTK Pro's internal partial YM dialog error suppression was killing the YM dialog that informed the user that a user's webcam could not be viewed and the cam window was also being shown and then killed causing them to believe that this was a bug with webcam in general and YTK Pro which is not the case since YTK Pro itself does not even touch the webcam connection. This particular dialog is now no longer killed anymore and users will not see the "not connected" cam window being killed anymore as per YM's default design.
• Added text-to-speech support in chat rooms via Microsoft's 4.0 Speech API Engine. The Speech Engine must be downloaded and installed separately in order for YTK Pro to use this new feature in chat rooms. A Gender-aware option was also added that allows YTK Pro to determine the gender of the chat room user who's posting a message and select the appropriate voice gender whether it be a male, female or even genderless voice (no gender specified on the user's Yahoo! profile).

• Fixed a small memory leak in the Message Archive Decoder option
• Selective Auto-updater can now be invoked through the "Check for updates menu" in the systray popupmenu
• Changed logo/banner inside Selective Auto-Update Manager
• Multimedia "Now Playing" support now has its own section inside YTK Pro's control panel
• Custom toolbar buttons are no longer accidentally created inside conference windows
• Small bug in /uptime command fixed
• Chat window initialization position can now be controlled through YTK Pro
• Extended emote list in conference windows, pm windows and chat rooms windows to support ALL of Yahoo!'s emoticons (including hidden emotes)
• Multiple (4) new TCP voice options

• • Detect and Discard Voice Packets with Immeasurable Audio Intensity
• • Discard Voice Packets when Audio Intensity is Abnormal

• Chat Room Join "Brute Forcing" (Bumping) accessible through the Chat Settings | Additional... section ***Experimental***
• Minor internal chat room adjustments
• Smarter support for adding users back to chat when Yahoo drops a user from the room list

**Note** | VC Sync's Voice Anti-Lag technology will be incorporated (for free as an update) into a future build of YTK Pro. If you are a current YTK Pro customer or plan to be one then purchasing VC Sync, a multi-use standalone protection system, might be redundant unless you're needing to use VC Sync to protect YTK Lite or your favorite 3rd party voice chat clients.

Side effects.
1. This is a really really old version!
2. It contains bugs which have since been squashed.
3. It's unstable since you're mixing it with newer versions of the .dll components. (It WILL crash)
4. Cracked software can and does contain malicious code. You could have your Yahoo! account stolen or worse. (If you want your data hacked - then yes look for cracked software)

Recommendations
1. We provide a free, stable, legit version - so if you don't wish to purchase the 'Pro' version use this!
2. Browse the 'Look Here!' tour at the top of this website. You'll find dozens of reason why the once off payment is a worthwhile investment for unlimited free updates to YTK Pro. It really is great value - even for the support alone!

Unfortunately we have to go to extreme lengths to protect our intellectual property and our customers interests. We continue to provide top notch software, excellent support and in general we take care of our customers. All versions of YTK Pro released within the past few months (and there has been a lot) are protected with a scheme that has NOT been broken. We plan to keep it that way!

You'll need to download this file and copy the enclosed 'vHook.dll' into the YTK Pro folder in 'C:/Program Files'. They will of course be included as part of the regular installer in the next build.
